Leadership in the new normal: What's really changed?

What will be really new about Leadership in the New Normal? Will a new leadership style emerge or is it rather the renaissance of traditional values and principles?

In this masterclass (recorded in 2020), we explored the 3Cs of Leadership: Character, Compass and Coach with speaker Alexander Trost, a Certified Coach, Change Practice Leader, Facilitator, Trainer and Assessor with a successful track record in several leadership roles. He shared how great leaders show the right direction based on visionary insights like a Compass and engage people to achieve success together like a Coach, while being of a humble Character.

Alexander Trost has authored books on General Management and Self-Development as well as several articles on Leadership, advocating Serenity and Humanity. As Founder of ATvisor™, he coined the term Serene Leader© and created the Li8ht Your LIFE™ coaching programme.
